Admissions Process
Inquire & Tour
Call, email, or inquire on our website to learn more about Starkville Academy. Schedule a tour of our campus and meet our family yourself.
Apply
Complete an application with a non-refundable application fee of $40 per applicant and provide a copy of a birth certificate, Mississippi 121 immunization form (or equivalent), and a copy of the applicant’s most recent report card/transcript to begin the enrollment process.
Testing
Pre-K and Kindergarten students will complete a School Readiness Assessment. First through 12th grade students will compete a 2-part (math and language) entrance exam.
For incoming 7th grade students, you will need to email the following documents to Ashley Taylor ataylor@starkvilleacademy.org:
1.Standardized Test Scores from 5th grade (if available)
2.Final grades from 6th grade
3. STandardized Test Scores from 6th Grade
*This information will help determine their math placement for 7th grade.
Contract
Once the SA Admissions Committee has approved admission for the applicant, a contract from Starkville Academy will be extended to you. Upon signing the contract and payment of the enrollment fee ($575), the admissions process is complete.
