VOLUNTEER BULLETIN
January 21, 2025

There will be a mandatory junior high and high school student council meeting on Tuesday, January 21st during homeroom in the Media Center. We will be discussing the upcoming schoolwide food drive and dance.

All juniors and seniors:  You will get a Project Engage survey link sent to your school email during homeroom on Wednesday.  The survey will close on Thursday at 3 p.m.  This counts as 10 points of your grade.  

Juniors will meet with an MSU rep on Wednesday, January 22, 9:45-10:15 in E-34.

Spring Sports Pictures for archery, baseball, golf, tennis, track will be made on Thursday, January 23, in the Springer Center. 

Quiz Bowl competition  Friday, January 24.

Golf parent meeting on Wednesday, January 23, at 5:30 in the café.

Volition Interest Meeting for 10-12th girls will be Friday, Janurary 24, in media center during homeroom. 

Winter Formal Saturday, January 25.  JH- 6:00-8:00 pm; HS- 8:30-10:30 pm.

Winter Guard competition Saturday, January 25 in Brandon.

MULTIPLE Volunteer Service Opportunities for 10th- 12th grades:
1.  SAPA needs volunteers to collect donated uniforms to sell at the Uniform Swap.  1-2 students are needed at morning carpool from 7:30am-7:55am next week January 21-24th.  Volunteers are also needed on the day of the sale in the cafeteria on Saturday, January 25th.  Help is needed setting up, during the sale, and taking it down. The sale hours are from 10am-2pm. See Mrs. Hubbard to get contact information for the SAPA Uniform Swap Chairperson. 
2.  Frostbite Race downtown on Saturday morning, January 25th.  See your email for details and contact Mr. Brad Jones if you want to participate.

Basketball:  Tuesday, January 21, vs Bayou.  7th girls game at 3:00 followed by JVG, JVB, VG, VB.  Friday, January 24 @ Rossville.  JVG game at 4:00 followed by JVB, VG, VB. Dismiss JV at 12:00; V at 2:30.

Soccer:  Tuesday, January 21 vs Lamar at 5:30.  Friday, January 24 @ Bayou at 5:30
